Mancia is a menu bar app that takes the text you select, runs it through GitHub Copilot CLI, and pastes the result back in place. Ready-made actions improve, sharpen, plan, or tighten a draft, while Custom accepts any instruction. Mancia restores the clipboard after each edit and collects no telemetry.
